Job Summary

Responsible for collecting, processing, testing, and reporting laboratory samples accurately and safely while maintaining quality standards and patient confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
Collect and properly label blood, urine, and other clinical specimens.
Perform routine hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, and clinical pathology tests as assigned.
Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment.
Prepare reagents and maintain adequate laboratory supplies.
Follow SOPs, infection-control practices, and laboratory safety procedures.
Record and verify test results accurately.
Maintain quality-control and quality-assurance records.
Dispose of biomedical waste according to hospital protocols.
Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the laboratory.
Report critical or abnormal results promptly to the appropriate medical staff.




Maintain patient confidentiality and laboratory documentation.

Qualifications
DMLT / B.Sc. Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent recognized qualification.
Relevant hospital/laboratory experience preferred.
Knowledge of laboratory safety, quality control, and infection prevention practices.

Key Skills

Ability to work shifts, including nights and weekends when required.
Ability to work efficiently in a busy hospital setting.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
