Farmavita India is a premium Italian haircare brand bringing skilled salon-quality products to the Indian market. As we expand into retail and grow our operations, we are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support our finance team.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and entries
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Assist in invoice processing and vendor payments
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records
Support GST filings and compliance requirements
Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial data
Coordinate with internal teams for billing and expense tracking
Preparing sales & Purchase entry for the company on Tally Software
Maintaining outstanding on Daily basis.
Handling Salon Software that is taking care of the following things : Checking sales & purchase bill. Salon petty cash entry. Close Out Report. Card Swipe Entries. Cash deposit entries. Handling banking on daily, weekly and monthly basis. Reporting sales, cash collect, card swipe, incentive calculation.




Monthly sales closing report making .
Handeling sales registers.
Valuable knowledge about ewaybills.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
0–2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and GST
Familiarity with Tally, Excel, or other accounting software
Good attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication and willingness to learn

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of GST filings and compliance
Proficiency in MS Excel (basic formulas, data handling)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
