We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to perform laboratory tests, handle specimens, maintain laboratory equipment, and accurately record test results. The ideal candidate should follow laboratory safety procedures, maintain quality standards, and work effectively with laboratory staff and healthcare specialists.

Key Responsibilities
Collect, receive, label, and process patient/specimen samples according to established procedures.
Perform routine laboratory tests and analyses using appropriate techniques and equipment.
Prepare reagents, solutions, slides, and other laboratory materials.
Operate, calibrate, clean, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
Record and report test results accurately and promptly.
Perform quality-control procedures and maintain laboratory standards.




Identify and report abnormal or inconsistent test results to the appropriate supervisor.
Maintain accurate laboratory records, logs, and documentation.
Follow infection-control, biosafety, and waste-disposal procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory and work areas.
Monitor laboratory supplies and inform management when stocks need replenishment.
Follow applicable laboratory policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.
Assist doctors, pathologists, scientists, or senior laboratory staff as required.

Qualifications degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (mandatory)
