We are looking for a Performance Marketing & SEO Executive to join our in-house Digital Marketing & Creative team working across Mazus Hotels & Resorts and an upcoming D2C E-commerce Brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing
Set up, manage and optimise Meta Ads campaigns
Manage Google Search, Display, YouTube and other campaigns
Audience research and campaign segmentation
Retargeting and remarketing
A/B testing of audiences, creatives and placements
Monitor CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS and conversion rates
Work with the creative team on ad creatives

SEO
Keyword research and competitor analysis
On-page SEO
SEO content planning
Website optimisation
Google Search Console monitoring
Local SEO and Google Business Profiles
Support SEO for hospitality properties and D2C products





Analytics & Tracking
Monitor GA4
Maintain conversion tracking and UTM structures
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
Analyse campaign data and identify opportunities
Support CRO and landing-page optimisation

We’re Looking For:
1+ years of experience in performance marketing and/or SEO
Hands-on Meta Ads & Google Ads experience
Practical knowledge of SEO
Familiarity with GA4 and Search Console
Understanding of conversion tracking and pixels
Shopify/WordPress experience is an advantage
Hospitality, travel or D2C experience is preferred

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
