Overall 8+ Years experience
Relevant experience of minimum 4 years in product management roles (complex SaaS or platform settings preferred).
Excellent technical writing skills (requirements, user stories, and success metrics) and communication skills.
Strong understanding of Agile workflows and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, Protected, etc).
Experience working within Agile trains (or squads) model across product streams.
Solid ability to partner with UX and Engineering to define scope and manage delivery.
Data-driven mindset, able to define and measure product outcomes.
Excellent communication and documentation skills. Humble, curious, and organized approach to teamwork.
Experience working in distributed teams and across time zones.
A cooperative and co-ownership mindset.
AI literacy or robust interest in leveraging AI tools for product operations is an asset.
