Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage civil construction activities for high-rise building projects from planning to completion.

Oversee project execution, ensuring work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Manage contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and site teams.

Review project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of milestones.

Ensure compliance with construction standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.

Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, project management consultants, and other stakeholders.

Monitor material planning, procurement, consumption, and cost control.

Identify and resolve technical and execution-related issues at site.

Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality control at every stage of construction.

Prepare and review progress reports, project budgets, and MIS for management.





Drive productivity, resource optimization, and adherence to project budgets.

Candidate Profile

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute.

10+ years of relevant experience in civil construction, preferably with leading real estate developers.

Must have robust experience in high-rise residential/commercial building projects.

Solid knowledge of RCC, structural works, finishing, waterproofing, and overall building construction.

Experience in handling large project teams, contractors, and multiple construction activities.

Solid project planning, execution, coordination, and leadership skills.

Good knowledge of construction safety, quality standards, and statutory compliance.

Salary: Up to ₹18 LPA, depending on experience and suitability.
