About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketer with 2+ years of experience who can plan, execute, optimize, and scale digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of performance marketing, analytics, conversion optimization, and ROI-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Manage campaign budgets and optimize spending to achieve maximum ROI/ROAS.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and market research.
Create and test different ad copies, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Analyze key metrics such as CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and customer acquisition cost.
Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
Work closely with the content, design, sales, and development teams to improve campaign outcomes.
Track leads, conversions,



and customer journeys using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends, platform updates, and performance marketing strategies.

Requirements
2+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing/Digital Advertising.
Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Good understanding of campaign optimization, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
Experience in managing and optimizing advertising budgets.
Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
Knowledge of Google Analytics/GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio is an advantage.
Ability to analyse campaign data and make strategic decisions.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with international or global clients will be an added advantage.
