About the Role :

Realatte Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join our team in Hyderabad.

We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Lead Generation, Campaign Optimization, and Performance Marketing who can manage campaigns, analyze performance, and continuously improve results.

Key Responsibilities :
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Manage lead generation campaigns with a focus on quality leads and conversions.
Monitor campaign budgets, targeting, bidding, CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS.
Conduct A/B testing across audiences, creatives, ad copies, and campaign strategies.
Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
Set up and monitor campaign tracking using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.




Work closely with the Creative and Sales teams to improve campaign performance and lead quality.
Research competitors, audience behavior, industry trends, and new advertising opportunities.
Prepare regular campaign reports and share actionable performance insights.
Stay updated with Google, Meta, and digital advertising platform updates.

Requirements :
1+ year of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing.
Solid practical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Experience in Lead Generation campaigns.
Understanding of CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, Conversion Rate, and campaign optimization.
Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage campaign budgets and make data-driven decisions.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Experience with real estate lead generation / real estate digital marketing will be an added advantage.
