Role Description – Medical Sales Representative

Location: Nellore, Andhra Pradesh

Employment Type: Full‑time (2‑month probation, followed by full‑time conversion)

As a Medical Sales Representative, you will:
Visit hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies to promote and explain our pharma products.
Build robust relationships with healthcare professionals and ensure product awareness.
Manage a sales territory, schedule and conduct meetings, and follow up on leads.




Maintain accurate records of interactions, orders, and prepare sales reports.
Monitor market trends and competitors, collaborating with internal teams to meet targets.
Represent the company professionally while complying with regulatory and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications
Own vehicle for travel and willingness to travel extensively.
Solid communication and customer service skills.
Foundational knowledge in medicine/pharmacy to understand product indications and usage.
Positive organizational and time‑management abilities, with basic computer proficiency.
Prior experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales preferred.
Degree/diploma in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or related field is an advantage.
Ability to work independently, meet sales goals, and adhere to compliance standards.
