Role & responsibilities:
Lead functional requirements gathering and business process mapping for Oracle Project Costing, Project Billing, and PPM modules.
Configure Oracle Projects/PPM modules based on business requirements and industry best practices.
Analyze business processes and translate requirements into functional solutions.
Define and document functional specifications, process flows, and business mappings.
Support integration requirements by providing functional inputs and validating end-to-end solutions.
Lead functional testing, UAT, issue resolution, and production support.
Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and integration teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Preferred candidate profile:
8+ years of relevant experience in Oracle PPM/Projects functional consulting.
Deep hands-on expertise in Oracle Project Costing and Project Billing.
Solid understanding of related Oracle PPM modules and end-to-end project lifecycle processes.
Proven experience in requirements gathering, configuration, business mapping, and functional documentation.
Robust stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
