Preferred candidate profile
18 to 20 years of relevant experience in real estate/construction project execution.
Solid hands-on experience in both Residential and Commercial projects.
Proven experience in end-to-end site execution and project management.
Strong experience coordinating with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants and other technical consultants.
Positive working knowledge of AutoCAD; should be able to read, interpret and review drawings independently.
Robust knowledge of construction processes, project execution and site coordination.
Ability to independently manage multiple stakeholders and resolve project execution issues.
Strong leadership, communication and coordination skills.
Experience handling contractors, vendors and site teams.
Candidates with experience in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai real estate projects will be preferred.
