Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target potential customers in the chemical industry across South India.
Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing customers and distributors.
Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to provide actionable insights for sales growth.
Coordinate with internal teams (Customer Service, Technical Support) to resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Lead negotiations and successfully close sales deals with customers.
Monitor sales performance and market conditions to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
Use sales data to analyze trends, forecast performance, and make informed, data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with internal teams such as Production, Product Development, and Dispatch to ensure timely and efficient delivery to customers.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and promote products.
Adhere to company policies, industry standards,



and ethical guidelines at all times.
