Sales Manager – Solar Projects

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales of rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects. The role involves lead generation, client management, proposal preparation, negotiation, and project closure.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and develop current business opportunities across B2B, B2C, and B2G segments.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
Prepare techno-commercial proposals and coordinate with engineering/project teams.
Build solid relationships with clients, consultants, and channel partners.
Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate sales/CRM reports.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of solar systems, rooftop projects,



net metering, and EPC.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience handling B2B/B2C clients and solar project sales.
Understanding of tendering, bidding, and government schemes.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.
Experience in Solar EPC, Renewable Energy, Electrical, or Infrastructure projects.
Solar certification will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
