Franchise Manager – South Asian Foods Corporation Position: Franchise Manager Department: Pre- Sales / Business Development Location: Porur, Chennai Experience Required: 4–8 Years About the Role We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Franchise Manager to handle pre sales activities and manage franchise acquisition through effective lead handling and cold calling. The candidate will be responsible for converting company-generated leads into successful franchise partnerships by explaining business opportunities, maintaining follow-ups, and coordinating the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to franchise business opportunities.
Perform cold calling to prospective franchise partners and generate interest in the brand.
Manage and nurture company-generated leads effectively.
Explain franchise models, investment details, ROI, and business opportunities to potential clients.
Conduct pre-sales discussions and schedule meetings with interested prospects.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads until closure.




Coordinate with internal departments for smooth onboarding of new franchise partners.
Maintain daily reports of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
Build strong relationships with potential franchise investors and business partners.
Achieve monthly franchise sales and conversion targets.
