Position: RMG Specialist (TK13ST RM 4470)

Project operations
Handling end to end resourcing activities for all the projects under your purview as a RMG SPOC Connecting with your respective delivery team stakeholders to seek calrity on project allocations, project milestones, resource movements, current project prospects
Internal project movements of employees, transfer requests of employees
Getting well versed with and working on daily basis on the internal project management tool – PCMT & CPMT
Working daily on internal reports to understand the status of all the allocation pending cases and aim at finishing them by 15th of each month
Working with the delivery team to ensure the billed utilization of each project is met as per the bench mark set




Working with backend support team to higlight and eliminate system level issues
Ensuring headcount and revenue are inline for all the projects
Queries of resources regarding project allocations and other License Management System
Assigning and approving license requests of resources as per requirements

Project Invoicing
Taking care of project invoicing for the projects responsible as a RMG SPOC.
Checking if the prerequisites for invoicing are in place, accordingly connecting with project managers in case of any gaps.
Detailed analysis of the invoiced amount and the projected revenue amount.
