Key Responsibilities
Project Ownership: Lead overall project execution with full responsibility for P&L;, timelines, and quality delivery.
Execution & Planning: Drive project planning, scheduling, and on-ground execution ensuring alignment with approved timelines.
Stakeholder Management: Coordinate effectively with internal teams, clients, consultants, and contractors for seamless delivery.
Compliance & Approvals: Ensure timely statutory approvals, regulatory compliance, and documentation.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with HO teams including Procurement, Planning, QA/QC, and Safety.
Commercial Oversight: Review and approve major bills, RFIs, change orders, and contractor variations.
Monitoring & Reviews: Lead periodic project review meetings, track milestones,



and drive corrective actions where required.

Key Requirements
Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (PG preferred)
Experience: 10+ years in real estate/construction project management
Proven track record of managing large-scale residential/commercial projects

Core Skills
Robust project execution and site management expertise
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
Sound knowledge of contracts, construction processes, and compliance
Solid commercial and financial acumen
Ability to manage multiple teams and drive timelines
