We are looking for an experienced SAP Ariba Consultant with 6–8 years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Ariba solutions. The role requires robust functional knowledge of Source-to-Contract (S2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, along with solid experience integrating SAP Ariba with SAP ECC or S/4HANA . The candidate should be capable of working in global, multi-country enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Functional & Implementation
Lead and support end-to-end SAP Ariba implementations across S2C and P2P.
Conduct business requirement gathering , gap analysis, and solution design.
Configure SAP Ariba modules, workflows, approval processes, and business rules.
Support global rollouts , supplier enablement, and change management activities.
Facilitate unit testing, integration testing, and UAT with business users.

Integration & Technical
Design and support integrations between SAP Ariba and SAP ECC / S/4HANA .
Work with Ariba CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway) .
Collaborate with middleware teams (SAP CPI, PI/PO).
Support master data, transactional data, and IDoc/API-based integrations.

Support & Operations
Provide L2/L3 support for SAP Ariba applications.
Perform root cause analysis and resolution of production issues.
Manage enhancements, change requests, and quarterly Ariba releases.
Ensure system stability, data accuracy, and compliance with SLAs.

Stakeholder & Project Management
Act as an SAP Ariba SME for procurement and supply chain stakeholders.
Work closely with sourcing, procurement, finance, and IT teams.
Support project managers with estimations, planning, and risk identification.
Create functional documentation, user guides, and conduct training sessions.
