Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer with a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background to join our sales team in Ghaziabad. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop recent business opportunities and potential clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations, quotations, and proposals.
Coordinate with customers, internal technical teams, and other departments.
Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and site visits when required.
Follow up with leads, quotations, negotiations, and orders.
Maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.

Required Qualifications
B.Tech/B.E./Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.




1–4 years of experience in Sales Engineering / Technical Sales / Industrial Sales preferred.
Strong technical understanding of mechanical or electrical products and applications.
Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand technical drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Good knowledge of MS Office and basic sales reporting tools.
Target-oriented and proactive approach.
