Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Identify and develop recent customers, dealers, distributors, channel partners, and institutional clients.
Promote and sell industrial safety products such as safety helmets, safety shoes, protective eyewear, gloves, ear protection, masks, reflective jackets, PPE kits, and other safety equipment.
Develop business with manufacturing plants, construction companies, infrastructure projects, mines, warehouses, logistics companies, government institutions, and other industrial customers.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements, competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and coordinate with customers until order closure.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, purchase orders, payments, and deliveries.
Coordinate with the Production, Dispatch, Quality, Purchase, Accounts, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth order execution.




Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Set sales territories, assign targets, and monitor sales performance.
Develop and maintain a robust dealer/distributor network in assigned territories.
Participate in exhibitions, industrial trade fairs, customer meetings, product demonstrations, and promotional activities.
Collect customer feedback and coordinate with the Product Development/Quality team for product improvement.
Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with the Accounts team for timely collection.
Prepare regular sales reports covering sales achievement, pipeline, customer development, market visits, and competitor activities.
Ensure proper implementation of company pricing, discount, credit, and sales policies.
Support management in developing new markets, products, and business prospects.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
