Role Description The Project Manager – Estimation & Quantities is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane. This role is responsible for overseeing quantity take-offs, cost estimations, and material requirements for turnkey luxury projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with design specifications and project timelines.

The position involves coordinating with design, procurement, site execution, and vendor teams to validate quantities, track deliveries, and resolve discrepancies. Daily tasks include preparing and reviewing BOQs, monitoring project progress, managing expediting activities for critical materials and equipment, and ensuring adherence to quality and budget parameters.

The Project





Manager will also support inspections, maintain documentation, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in expediting and working as an expeditor to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
Candidates should possess experience in inspection processes to verify quality, quantities, and compliance with specifications.
Candidates should possess logistics management skills to handle material flow, inventory tracking, and vendor coordination.
Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in estimation and quantity surveying for interior fit-out, hospitality, or luxury development projects is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant estimation or project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) is beneficial.
Solid analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in office and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
