Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

SAP Business One (B1) Functional Consultant to handle end-to-end implementation, configuration, client coordination, training, and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities
Manage SAP B1 implementation projects from requirement gathering to go-live and support

.
Understand client requirements, perform business process mapping and gap analysis

.
Configure SAP B1 modules based on business requirements.
Work across

Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Warehouse, Production/MRP, Banking, CRM and Fixed Assets

.
Handle data migration, testing, UAT, workflows and approvals

.
Coordinate with technical teams for reports, Crystal Reports, integrations, add-ons and customizations

.
Conduct user training and prepare functional documentation.
Provide post-go-live support and resolve functional issues.
Manage client communication, project documentation and implementation activities.

Required Skills
8+ years of hands-on SAP Business One Functional Consulting experience





.
Solid knowledge of

3–4 major SAP B1 modules

, preferably Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory and Production/MRP.
Experience in implementation, configuration, testing, UAT, data migration and go-live

.
Valuable understanding of

MS SQL / SAP HANA and SQL queries

.
Knowledge of

Crystal Reports, SAP B1 add-ons and integrations is preferred.
Robust client-facing, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills

.
Experience handling end-to-end SAP B1 implementation projects independently

.
Willingness to travel to client locations when required.

Preferred
SAP Business One Certification.
Experience with manufacturing, trading, distribution, retail or service industries

.
Exposure to

SAP B1 on both SQL and HANA

.
Knowledge of

SAP B1 SDK, DI API or Service Layer is an added advantage.
