Role & responsibilities
Lead Production Planning & Control activities to ensure timely customer deliveries.
Drive demand forecasting, production scheduling, capacity planning, and inventory management.
Develop and execute techno-commercial strategies to optimize cost, delivery, and operational efficiency.
Manage multi-part planning across diverse product lines and manufacturing processes.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to balance demand and supply.
Monitor production KPIs, inventory levels, OTIF, and working capital targets.
Support recent product launches and business growth initiatives through effective planning.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes and supply chain efficiency.
Lead and mentor PPC teams while collaborating with cross-functional leadership.

Preferred candidate profile




Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; MBA/PGDM preferred.
15 years of experience in PPC, Manufacturing Planning, or Operations.
Proven experience in Automotive / Auto Components / Manufacturing Industry.
Robust exposure to Techno-Commercial functions, customer management, and supplier coordination.
Hands-on experience in handling multiple parts/SKUs, production scheduling, and inventory control is mandatory .
Positive understanding of ERP systems (SAP preferred).
Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
