Job Summary

We are looking for a Production Assistant with 1–4 years of experience in the food industry to support day-to-day production activities and ensure smooth, effective, and hygienic manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Production Supervisor/Manager in daily production activities.
Monitor production processes and ensure products are manufactured according to approved specifications.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Warehouse, and Maintenance teams.
Maintain production records, batch sheets, and other required documentation.
Ensure adherence to GMP, food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
Monitor raw material availability and coordinate with the relevant teams to avoid production delays.
Assist in monitoring production targets, output, wastage, and downtime.
Identify and report production issues, quality deviations, and equipment-related problems to the concerned supervisor.
Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of production areas and equipment.
Support implementation of SOPs and company quality standards.
Assist in inventory and material reconciliation when required.
Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards in the production area.




Perform any other production-related duties assigned by the supervisor/manager.

Candidate Requirements
1–4 years of relevant experience in the food industry is mandatory.
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Dairy Technology, or a related field preferred.
Basic knowledge of food manufacturing and production processes.
Understanding of GMP, HACCP, food safety, and hygiene practices.
Positive documentation and record-keeping skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
