Position:

Project Manager – Commercial Interiors

Experience:

5+ Years in Commercial Interior Projects

Field - Interiors & finishing works in specific to commercial interiors ( Office Spaces, Hospital,etc)

Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute commercial interior projects from start to completion.
Plan project schedules, manpower, materials, and resources.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, vendors, subcontractors, and site teams.
Monitor project progress, quality, cost, and timelines.
Ensure execution is as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Review and coordinate civil, MEP, ceiling, flooring, partitions, furniture, finishes, and other interior works.
Identify project issues and ensure timely resolution.
Conduct regular site meetings and provide project progress updates to management.




Ensure proper documentation, measurements, billing, and project handover.

Required :
8–12 years of overall experience with robust hands-on experience in Commercial Interior Fit-Out Projects.
Robust project management and site execution skills.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to independently manage commercial interior projects.
Immediate joiners / candidates with relevant commercial interior experience will be preferred.

Qualification:
BE Civil

Salary: Based on experience and company standards.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
