Role & responsibilities:
Conduct stage-wise QA/QC inspection of boilers and pressure parts.
Inspect welding, fit-up, dimensional accuracy and fabrication.
Review WPS, PQR and Welder Qualification Records.
Coordinate/witness NDT RT, UT, MT, PT & VT.
Witness hydrostatic, pneumatic and performance testing.
Ensure compliance with ASME, IBR, ISO and customer requirements.
Handle MTCs, NCRs, inspection reports, MRB and quality dossiers.
Coordinate with customers, TPI agencies, vendors and regulatory/boiler inspectors.
Valuable knowledge of boiler manufacturing, pressure-vessel fabrication, welding and NDT.
Knowledge of ASME, IBR and ISO 9001.
