Key Responsibilities Client Outreach & Invitations: Proactively reach out to prospective buyers, invite them to site visits, and build a strong pipeline of potential leads.

Customer Coordination: Manage end-to-end communication with clients, scheduling meetings, property tours, and follow-up sessions.

Query Resolution: Address all client questions and concerns regarding property details, pricing, legal aspects, and payment plans with accuracy and professionalism.

Project Explanation:



Deliver compelling and detailed presentations on our real estate projects, highlighting key features, amenities, and investment perks. Negotiation & Closing: Guide clients through price discussions and deal terms to successfully secure agreements and close sales.

Requirements &

Qualifications Proven experience as a Real Estate Consultant, Sales Executive, or in a similar customer-facing role. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. A target-driven mindset with a solid motivation to achieve and exceed sales goals. Basic understanding of the real estate market and property buying processes.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
