Job Overview

We are looking for an Inside Sales Engineer to join our team in Thane. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in electrical trading, industrial products, or a related engineering products industry.

The role involves preparing quotations, handling customer enquiries, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining quotation records, and supporting the sales process. Candidates with experience handling a high volume of quotations, approximately 20–30 per day, will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate and timely quotations based on customer requirements.
Handle customer calls, enquiries, and follow-ups professionally.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with relevant teams for suitable solutions.
Track quotations and follow up with customers regarding quotation status.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations, customer details, and follow-ups.
Use MS Excel for quotation tracking, data management, and reporting.
Coordinate with sales, procurement,



and other internal teams for smooth execution of requirements.
Manage multiple quotations and enquiries while meeting deadlines.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely updates.
Support the sales team with day-to-day sales coordination activities.
Stay updated on product information, pricing, and customer requirements.
Contribute to improving quotation and sales-support processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering.
2–3 years of relevant experience in electrical trading, industrial products, engineering products, or a similar industry.
Hands-on experience in preparing and managing sales quotations.
Experience handling a high volume of quotations will be an advantage.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Working knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Positive follow-up and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
