We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our Real Estate Channel Partner team in Bangalore.

The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, arranging site visits, and converting leads into successful property sales.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements, budget, location preferences and investment needs.
Explain residential projects, pricing, offers and payment plans.
Generate and qualify leads through calling and follow-ups.
Schedule and coordinate property site visits.
Accompany clients during site visits and assist them throughout the sales process.




Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and convert leads into bookings.
Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a smooth sales experience.
Achieve monthly sales and site-visit targets.
Maintain accurate lead and customer records.

Requirements
0–3 years of experience in real estate sales, tele-sales, BFSI, automobile sales or related fields.
Freshers with positive communication and sales skills can also apply.
Valuable verbal communication and convincing skills.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
