Role & responsibilities
Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons aligned with early childhood education standards.
Maintain a positive and structured classroom workplace that encourages respectful behavior and active participation.
Support the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of each child.
Observe and assess student progress, maintain records, and communicate effectively with parents.
Organize play-based learning, storytelling, music, art, and movement activities.
Ensure the safety and emotional wellbeing of all students, adhering to school policies and child protection guidelines.
Work closely with fellow teachers, support staff, and parents to create a cohesive learning experience.
