Role Description the Project Manager - Primary Research role is a full time hybrid position based in Gurgaon, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The individual in this role will manage end-to-end primary research projects, including scoping, planning, and execution, ensuring that project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.

Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with internal research teams and external stakeholders, overseeing data collection processes, monitoring progress, and resolving operational issues to keep projects on track.

The Project

Manager will develop and maintain project documentation, manage logistics related to research activities, and ensure compliance with internal and client-specific protocols. This role also involves identifying process improvements, supporting team members, and communicating project status, risks, and outcomes to senior management and clients in a explicit and structured manner.

Qualifications
Robust project management skills, including experience in planning, executing, and monitoring research or analytics projects.
Experience with expediting and expeditor responsibilities,



ensuring timely delivery of project milestones and coordinating between multiple stakeholders.
Knowledge of inspection processes and quality assurance practices relevant to primary research workflows.
Logistics management skills to effectively organize resources, schedules, and operational activities across hybrid and cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools; familiarity with research platforms or data collection tools is an advantage.
Experience in primary research, consulting, financial services, or analytics-driven environments is preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, collaborating with global teams and maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
