Ishaan Interiors is looking for a confident and responsible Sales & Front Office Executive to join our showroom team in Visakhapatnam.

The role involves attending customers visiting the showroom, handling sales enquiries over phone calls, following up with potential customers, and maintaining basic customer and sales information on the computer.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom
Understand customer requirements and explain suitable products
Handle incoming sales and product enquiry calls
Follow up with customers and potential leads over phone
Maintain customer enquiry and follow-up records
Perform basic computer and data-entry work
Coordinate with the sales/showroom team
Maintain skilled communication with customers

Candidate Requirements
Good communication skills in Telugu
Basic English communication




Comfortable speaking with customers over phone and in person
Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills
Friendly, confident and skilled personality
Willing to learn about interior products and materials
Sales/customer-handling experience is an advantage
Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply
