KDC Chits Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Head to lead our sales team, drive customer acquisition, achieve business targets, and expand sales operations.

Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the sales team.
Set and achieve sales targets.
Develop sales strategies and new business opportunities.
Monitor team and branch performance.
Conduct sales reviews and performance meetings.
Build and maintain customer relationships.
Drive business growth and revenue.

Requirements:
5+ years of sales experience.
Experience in Chit Funds, NBFC, Banking, Finance, or related industries preferred.
Solid leadership and communication skills.
Proven team-management and target-achievement experience.

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month Job Type: Full time
