Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage real estate sales leads.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and payment plans.
Conduct property and site visits with prospective clients.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Build and maintain robust client relationships.
Negotiate with clients and support deal closure.
Coordinate with the internal sales and documentation teams.
Maintain accurate customer and lead records.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
