Sukhkarta Developers is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling prospective customers, conducting site visits, and converting leads into successful property bookings.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options.
Schedule and conduct property/site visits for prospective customers.
Explain project details, pricing, amenities, payment plans, and other relevant information.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Follow up regularly with leads and maintain proper sales records.
Negotiate with customers and assist in closing property deals.
Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
Coordinate with the marketing and management team for sales activities.
Maintain accurate customer and lead information in CRM/Google Sheets.
Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and property events.

Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales/Marketing,



preferably in Real Estate.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Candidates with local market knowledge will be preferred.
Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
