Role Summary The Pharmacy In-Charge manages the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring medicines are available, dispensed accurately, and handled in compliance with legal and quality standards, while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including dispensing, billing, and customer service
Verify prescriptions and dispense medicines accurately, counselling patients on dosage and usage
Manage inventory: ordering, stock checks, expiry tracking, and minimizing stock-outs and wastage
Coordinate with vendors, distributors, and suppliers for timely procurement and fair pricing
Ensure compliance with the Drugs & Cosmetics Act, Pharmacy Act, and other regulations
Perform Marketing activities.
Supervise, train, and monitor pharmacy staff (pharmacists, assistants, billing staff)
Maintain storage conditions (e.g., cold chain) and hygiene standards
Monitor sales targets, margins, and daily/monthly MIS reporting
Coordinate with doctors, clinic staff, and management as needed
Handle customer queries, returns, and complaints professionally
