We are looking for an experienced Plant Manager / Production Manager with mandatory experience in the Cattle Feed Manufacturing Industry only. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing cattle feed production, plant operations, quality standards, production planning, and team management.

Key Responsibilities
Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
Monitor raw material availability and optimize production efficiency.
Supervise batching, grinding, mixing, pelleting, and packing operations.
Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Ensure product quality as per approved formulations and industry standards.
Work closely with the Quality Control team.
Monitor production costs, wastage, and resource utilization.
Lead production supervisors and plant workers.
Ensure workplace safety, housekeeping, and PPE compliance.




Maintain operational records and reports.

Required Qualifications
7–10 years of experience in the cattle feed manufacturing industry.
Valuable knowledge of production planning and plant operations.
Robust leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
