We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Executive who is confident, ambitious, well-presented and passionate about luxury real estate.

The candidate will be responsible for generating and converting leads, understanding client requirements, conducting property presentations and site visits, and closing real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and follow up with prospective buyers, investors, tenants and sellers.

Handle leads received through digital marketing, property portals, social media and company references.

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.

Conduct property presentations and coordinate site visits.

Build strong relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, investors and property owners.

Negotiate commercial terms between clients and developers/owners.

Maintain regular follow-ups throughout the sales process.

Coordinate with developers, channel partners, owners and internal teams.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and client requirements.





Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Stay updated on Mumbai's luxury real estate market, pricing, inventory and recent launches.

Ensure a professional and premium client experience throughout the transaction.

Candidate Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Robust sales and negotiation abilities.

Confident personality with a professional appearance.

Ability to build relationships and network with clients.

Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Good knowledge of Mumbai's real estate market is an advantage.

Previous experience in real estate, luxury sales, banking, automobiles, hospitality or other premium sales industries is preferred.

Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
