LAB CRAFTERS DIAGNOSTIC LAB is looking for a responsible and skilled Phlebotomist / Lab Technician to join our diagnostic laboratory team in Zakir Nagar, New Delhi.

Key Responsibilities
Perform blood sample collection using proper venipuncture and Vacutainer techniques.
Properly identify, label, handle, and preserve patient samples.
Collect and handle routine laboratory samples as per SOPs.
Maintain patient and sample records accurately.
Ensure proper sample storage and timely dispatch/processing.
Follow laboratory safety, hygiene, infection-control, and biomedical waste procedures.
Communicate professionally and courteously with patients.
Assist with home sample collection when required.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sample collection area.
Report any sample collection or pre-analytical issues to the concerned senior/staff.

Requirements




DMLT / BMLT or relevant laboratory qualification preferred.
Previous experience in phlebotomy or diagnostic laboratory work will be an advantage.
Good knowledge of blood collection and vacutainer handling.
Good communication and patient-handling skills.
Punctual, responsible, and willing to work as part of a team.
Freshers with valuable practical skills may also apply.

Salary: ₹8,000–₹10,000 per month, depending on qualification and experience.
