Requirements
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
Minimum 2 years of experience as a QS Billing Engineer
Experience in Residential and/or Commercial Construction Projects is mandatory
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and billing software
Solid analytical, communication, and coordination skills

Key Responsibilities
Quantity take-off from drawings, BOQs, and site measurements
Prepare and verify client, subcontractor, and vendor bills
Prepare RA Bills, Final Bills, and quantity reconciliations
Cost estimation, rate analysis, and variation statements
Coordinate with site engineers, procurement, and project teams
Maintain billing records, project documentation, and MIS reports
Ensure timely billing, cost control, and payment follow-ups
