Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end SAP SD OTC processes including inquiry, quotation, sales order, delivery, picking, PGI, billing, and accounting.
Configure and support Sales & Distribution (SD) processes in SAP ECC/S/4HANA.
Solid knowledge of Sales Order Management, Delivery Processing, Shipment, PGI and Billing.
Configure Pricing, Condition Technique, Output Determination, Copy Controls, Item Categories and Schedule Line Categories.
Work on Customer Master / Business Partner, material master and partner determination.
Handle Returns, Credit/Debit Memo, Free-of-Charge, Rush Orders and Intercompany Sales processes.
Valuable understanding of Third-Party Sales, Consignment and STO processes.
Experience with Availability Check (ATP), Transfer of Requirements and Delivery Scheduling.
Robust understanding of OTC integration with FI, MM and other SAP modules.
Work on tax determination, account determination and revenue posting.
Analyze production issues, perform RCA and provide functional solutions.
Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP/development teams.
