Location: Science City, Ahmedabad

Role Description: This role is responsible for coordinating logistics operations to support sales activities, including managing shipments, tracking orders, and ensuring timely delivery to customers and partners. The specialist will communicate with clients, carriers, and internal teams to resolve logistics issues, optimize freight forwarding processes, and maintain accurate documentation.

Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries related to deliveries, preparing quotes and proposals with logistics cost considerations, and supporting the sales team with operational data and reports. The role also involves monitoring inventory and transportation schedules, identifying process improvements, and contributing to a smooth, customer-focused supply chain.

Qualifications
Solid Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, carriers,



and internal stakeholders.
Proficiency in Sales and relationship management to support revenue growth and maintain long-term client partnerships.
Experience in Logistics Management and Freight Forwarding to coordinate shipments, optimize routes, and manage documentation.
Ability to work with basic data and spreadsheets for tracking orders, costs, and inventory (e.g., MS Excel or similar tools).
Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or sales support roles is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is beneficial.
