About the Role

Alwindor Glazing and Coating LLP is looking for a result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth across its range of premium building facade and architectural products, including UPVC &

System Aluminium Doors and Windows, Glass Railings, Slim Partitions, Architectural Glass

Solutions, Facade Systems, and other allied building products.

Key Responsibilities

Generate current business through builders, architects, interior designers, contractors, developers,

and channel partners.

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets.

Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations.

¢ Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.

¢ Coordinate with design, estimation,



and operations teams for smooth project execution.

¢ Track sales opportunities, maintain CRM/MIS, and submit regular sales reports.

¢ Identify current markets and business prospects to expand the company's presence.

Candidate Profile

Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

3 to 8 years of sales experience in Building Materials, Aluminium, UPVC, Glass, Facade

Architectural Products, Hardware, Construction, or related industries.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel.

CTC:3.0 to 4.5 LPA + Attractive Performance Incentives.
