Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Executive role based in Bhiwani.

The Sales

Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities for CyCode’s SaaS and custom web development services, conduct client meetings and product presentations, and manage end-to-end sales cycles. Daily responsibilities include prospecting, building and maintaining relationships with clients, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating commercial terms, and closing deals in alignment with company targets. The role involves collaborating closely with technical and delivery teams to understand service capabilities, provide accurate information to clients,



and ensure a smooth handover from sales to project execution.

The Sales

Executive will also track sales performance, maintain CRM records, and provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.

Qualifications
Strong skills in B2B sales, lead generation, and pipeline management, with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
Proficiency in client relationship management, negotiation, and presentation, with clear and confident communication abilities.
Understanding of SaaS, web development services, and basic technology concepts, with the ability to explain solutions in simple business terms.
Experience using CRM tools, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and online communication platforms for sales outreach and reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; relevant sales or IT industry experience is highly preferred.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and addressing client requirements.
Ability to work on-site in Bhiwani, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
