Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and execute production plans and schedule based on demand forecasts and customer orders.
Plan production activities to meet customer requirements on time.
Coordinate with various departments (Stores, Quality, Design) for smooth execution of production plans.
Ensure timely delivery of products by monitoring progress against schedule and taking corrective action as needed.
Develop and maintain accurate production schedules using MS Office tools like Excel.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to material availability, machine capacity utilization, and labor allocation.
