Candidate Profile
Mandatory: Proven experience as a Principal / School Leader in a Cambridge Curriculum school.
Robust knowledge of Cambridge pedagogy, curriculum frameworks, assessment practices, and academic leadership is essential.
Candidates with only CBSE, State Board, or ICSE school leadership experience will not be considered.
Experience in a reputed / established school will be an added advantage and is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to lead teachers, strengthen academic systems,
mentor staff, and build a high-performing school culture.
Strong understanding of international education standards, student-centred learning, and contemporary teaching-learning practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, team-management, and stakeholder-management skills.
The candidate should be able to take ownership of the school's academic and operational leadership.
