Job Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day fabrication yard activities.
Read and understand fabrication drawings, dimensions, sections, welding details and material specifications.
Ensure fabrication work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with fabricators, welders and helpers and allocate daily work.
Monitor production, quality and delivery schedules.
Coordinate material requirements, inspections, galvanizing and dispatch activities.
Maintain basic production and material records.
Ensure proper safety and housekeeping at the factory.
Report daily production progress and issues to management.

Qualification & Skills
Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, Production, Electrical or related engineering.




Valuable fabrication drawing understanding is mandatory.
Basic knowledge of MS fabrication, welding, cutting, drilling and assembly.
Positive communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
Willingness to work at a fabrication yard.

Language Skills: Tamil, Malayalam, English and Hindi — ability to communicate in any/all of these languages will be preferred. Wind Turbine / USS / Structural Fabrication knowledge will be an added advantage.
