Exemed Pharmaceuticals is looking for an experienced ESG Specialist to drive ESG strategy, sustainability reporting, compliance, and ESG ratings across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement ESG & sustainability initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Conduct ESG risk assessment, materiality assessment and gap analysis.
Prepare ESG disclosures and sustainability reports as per BRSR, GRI, IFRS S1 & S2, SASB and TCFD.
Manage and improve ESG ratings such as EcoVadis, CDP and CSA.
Coordinate with EHS, HR, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain and Operations for ESG data and initiatives.
Monitor ESG performance, identify improvement areas and drive action plans.
Ensure compliance with evolving ESG regulations and customer/investor requirements.
Support ESG audits, assessments and stakeholder communications.
Qualification & Skills
Bachelors/Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Life Sciences, Pharmacy or related field.
4–5 years of relevant ESG/Sustainability experience, preferably in Pharma/Manufacturing.
Solid knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks and sustainability standards.
Hands-on experience with EcoVadis, CDP and CSA preferred.
Robust analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
