We are looking for a Sales Executive / Business Development Executive with experience in the Water & Wastewater Treatment industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating recent business, developing customer relationships, generating enquiries and converting leads into orders. Candidates with hands-on experience in STP, ETP, wastewater treatment solutions, chemicals, OEM products, O&M;, retrofit and spare business will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

● Generate new business through field visits, door-to-door lead generation and cold calling.

● Identify and develop new customers in the water and wastewater treatment segment.

● Generate leads through telephone calls, emails, online research and field activities.

● Conduct client meetings, understand requirements and present relevant products/services.

● Follow up with prospects, enquiries and quotations to drive order conversion.

● Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective B2B clients.

● Generate sales enquiries and coordinate with internal teams for quotations and proposals.

● Track sales activities, follow-ups and customer interactions.





● Achieve assigned sales, enquiry generation and business development targets.

Required Experience :

Candidates should have relevant experience in one or more of the following:

● Water & Wastewater Treatment

● STP / ETP

● Water Treatment Chemicals

● OEM Products & Services

● Water Treatment Equipment

Candidate Requirements

● 1–5 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development; 4–5 years of relevant industry experience preferred.

● Robust understanding of the water and wastewater treatment industry.

● Valuable knowledge of STP / ETP products, services or solutions.

● Strong communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.

● Proven ability to generate leads through cold calling and field sales.

● Self-driven, target-oriented and comfortable with field work.

● Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development activities.

● Graduate in any discipline; technical qualification in Engineering/Environmental/related field will be an advantage.
