Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, with agency experience preferred. The specialist will prospect and develop new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and present tailored service offerings across video production, digital marketing, and content solutions.

Daily responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals and pitch decks, coordinating with internal creative and production teams, and ensuring timely follow-up with leads. The role involves collaborating on marketing campaigns,



supporting social media and digital initiatives, and gathering market insights to refine sales strategies. The specialist will also provide client training or onboarding when needed and contribute to revenue growth targets through proactive, consultative selling.

Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
Proven Sales experience, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals in an agency or media environment.
Experience in Sales Management and Training, with the ability to organize pipelines, track performance, and support team learning.
Knowledge of marketing and digital media concepts, especially related to video production, content creation, and social media campaigns.
Ability to work in office in Mumbai, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation abilities; proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software is beneficial.
Prior agency experience in advertising, production, or digital marketing is preferred; a relevant bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
