Solid analytical skills and judgment and problem-solving competencies.
Robust technical and scientific writing skills (procedures, protocols, manuscripts and scientific reports)

Qualifications:
M.Sc. or PhD degree in Life Sciences or related field.
10 years of post-Maters or 2+ years of post-PhD experience in academia or industry in healthcare or research labs.
Strong technical skill in genomics or relevant field, proficient in genomics data analysis.




Robust scientific competency through peer reviewed publications.

Role Summary: The Scientist is responsible for executing daily laboratory operations, ensuring high-quality testing, compliance with regulatory standards, and timely reporting. The role combines hands-on technical expertise with team supervision, supporting laboratory efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform and oversee routine laboratory processes and testing activities.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
Review laboratory work for accuracy and timely completion.
Supervise, train, and support junior laboratory staff.
Maintain accurate documentation and laboratory records.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and reporting.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving activities.
